We are currently seeking to expand our customer support team in Berlin-Lichterfelde-Ost as soon as possible!
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our customers, primarily learners and their parents, addressing all their queries related to driving licenses before and during their training.
You'll engage with customers through various channels, including in-person consultations, phone calls, emails, and messaging services.
Provide advice and acquire new customers.
With your relaxed, friendly, and hopefully humorous demeanor, you will guide your students through their training until they pass their exams.
We also have driving instructors who you'll support in their daily tasks—don’t worry, you won’t be sitting in the passenger seat instructing students; we mean administrative tasks.
You will also book and coordinate examination appointments with the TÜV.
Back-office tasks include handling complaints, processing cancellations and revocations, and managing collection cases.
