Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Enablement Trainer, you will ensure customer engagement and product adoption through training, workshops, and best practices for our clients in Japan (and some parts of APAC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Account Executives: Implement strategies to foster account growth and address churn risks while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conducting Training: Lead think-cell training sessions and workshops tailored to customer use cases, enhancing software adoption and value realization.
- Supervision of Trials and PoCs: Manage trials and Proof of Concepts, customizing think-cell solutions to meet prospective client needs.
- Feedback Collection and Sharing: Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams to drive product improvement and customer success.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and opportunities in systems such as Salesforce.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, or account management (experience in the SaaS industry is a plus).
- Fluent in Japanese (native level) and English (reading, writing, and speaking required).
- Proven track record in creating and delivering training programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with software demonstrations, trial operations, and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze feedback and translate it into actionable results.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Tokyo office four days a week, with one remote workday.
