We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Engineer (CE) to be part of our dynamic team, directly reporting to the VP of Customer Engineering. This hybrid position merges the technical acumen of a Pre-Sales Engineer with active contributions to Customer Success and Security Operations. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating TENEX.AI’s AI-driven security solutions throughout the pre-sales and evaluation phases, facilitating a smooth transition to customer onboarding, and promoting swift implementation of operational initiatives to bolster security outcomes.
This position requires up to 50% travel to client locations, while also offering flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cybersecurity, excel in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to translate intricate technical concepts into compelling business advantages.
