Key Responsibilities
1. SKU Performance and Conversion Optimization
Analyze SKU-level metrics to pinpoint underperforming products and key friction points.
Diagnose issues such as weak value propositions, poor-quality media, missing attributes, or low visibility in search results.
Support and enhance the 'Super PDP' by ensuring priority SKUs feature rich layouts, optimized modules, and clearer product information.
Recommend and help implement improvements to increase clarity, usability, and conversion rates on PDPs.
Collaborate on A/B testing to validate enhancements and refine components of the Super PDP.
2. Search Optimization and Attribute Enrichment
Enhance product discoverability through optimized attributes, metadata, proper categorization, and search-friendly content.
Support key internal search initiatives and SEO efforts.
Work with SEO, merchandising, and development teams to boost product visibility and address search result gaps.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Focused on PDPs
Assist in CRO testing regarding CTA placements, media galleries, enriched sections, and layout variations.
Collaborate with UX/design and development teams to launch and analyze experiments aimed at increasing conversions.
4. Product Data Quality Assurance and Conversion Health Monitoring
Audit PDPs to identify broken media, incorrect pricing, missing information, or outdated content.
Maintain dashboards or tracking systems highlighting PDP status, completeness, and performance trends.
Ensure that product content remains accurate, consistent, and conversion-focused across all touchpoints.
5. Product Content Optimization
Assist the Web Content team in optimizing clear, benefit-focused product descriptions that include accurate specifications and enriched attributes.
Ensure PDPs feature high-quality images, videos, and enriched content.
Collaborate with content, design teams, and suppliers to maintain comprehensive and aligned product information.
Utilize AI tools to support content creation while ensuring accuracy and brand voice.
