About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CX Operations Manager to design, enhance, and scale the systems and processes that drive our customer support experience. You will serve as the operational partner for Support and Product leaders, managing workflows, tools, reporting, and AI-powered support capabilities, while consistently refining the flow of customer inquiries from intake to resolution.
As the Zendesk administrator and CX tooling specialist, you will provide the technical foundation that enables our support team to scale efficiently while ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience during this crucial growth period.
