Role Purpose
As the Customer Experience Program Lead, you will own the systems, orchestration, and data that drive growth and retention for our existing customer base (N2V globally & startup USCA). This role is crucial for designing and implementing a scalable virtual customer experience/success engine, transforming customer signals into targeted campaigns that foster growth, encourage best practice adoption, and minimize churn.
The Customer Experience Program Lead merges technical execution with strategic vision, ensuring targeted engagement with the right customers at the right moments, with measurable impact throughout.
