Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Marketing Manager to spearhead customer advocacy initiatives, construct and uphold our customer proof infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to ensure our most valuable asset—our customers—are strategically engaged throughout all stages of our go-to-market strategy.
As a key member of our team reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing and Advocacy, you will possess deep insights into our advocates, maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive library of customer evidence, and ensure that the most compelling narratives reach the right audiences at the ideal moments. Your focus will be on marketing through customers, rather than to them.
What You'll Accomplish
Develop and enhance customer advocacy programs, including references, case studies, speaking engagements, testimonials, and customer success stories that support growth and establish market credibility.
Facilitate growth and expansion by collaborating with Sales/Growth on accounts that are entering new departments or specialties, providing teams with pertinent proof points and peer narratives.
Manage the customer proof repository, ensuring a centralized, searchable library of research, case studies, customer stories, references, and performance metrics is maintained.
