Overview
The Customer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role within AvePoint’s Demand Generation team, crucially transforming customer trust into quantifiable growth. This position leads the execution and enhancement of key customer initiatives, including the Customer Confidence Program—AvePoint’s premier customer storytelling and advocacy program. Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Field teams, the role aims to activate customers as proof points, advocates, and revenue drivers.
This individual is instrumental in transitioning customers from confidence to championship by integrating authentic customer outcomes into campaigns, sales strategies, and expansion efforts. This multifaceted role combines customer storytelling, campaign development, and revenue alignment.
