The Customer Marketing Manager will spearhead our customer marketing initiatives, crafting engaging technology narratives that align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with our customer champions who continually discover innovative ways to maximize the value of our products and solutions. You will work cross-functionally with teams including product marketing, PR/AR/IR, sales, and customer success to create impactful stories that resonate with our audience. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in our annual PagerDuty Summit, uniting digital operations leaders, influencers, and developers from around the globe to share insights and best practices.
