In light of our expansion, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to become a vital part of our Customer Solutions & Implementation team. This role is crucial as it serves as the primary touchpoint for our newest customers beginning their SafetyCulture journey to enhance safety, quality, and operational outcomes. You will ensure the successful implementation of SafetyCulture products and leverage your outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring project delivery that surpasses our customers' expectations.
