About the Role
In the capacity of Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding new clients through the initial stages of their journey with our platform. Your mission will be to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, equipping clients for success from day one. This role demands a profound understanding of customer engagement and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will also become a proficient user of all Hostaway products.
As we continue to expand into new markets, we are seeking Customer Onboarding Specialists with native-level proficiency in specific languages. Currently, we are experiencing significant growth in Spanish-speaking markets and are looking for someone fluent in Spanish to join our team in LATAM.
