As a Retention and Resolution Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to connect with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in reducing churn rates and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Your ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and resolve issues will be crucial in this role.
You are a proactive individual with strong listening skills and a natural mediation talent: thanks to your analytical intuition and persuasive capabilities, you know what customers need and can offer them the right solutions. Your goal is straightforward: retain customers by providing them with the best possible experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly retention and performance targets.
- Accurately log customer activity in CRM systems.
- Manage inbound and outbound interactions, focusing on retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Identify cancellations or dissatisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
