Join our expanding contact centre as a Customer Service Advisor! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and prioritizing our customers' needs. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and that their inquiries are expertly handled.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office, with a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note that during your training period, which can last up to 6 months, you will be required to work in the office full-time.
The contact centre operates from 08:00 to 18:00, and you will work on a shift basis, with your schedule provided 4 weeks in advance.

Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide a wide range of advice and services with the goal of resolving inquiries on the first call, minimizing the need for customers to reach out again or be transferred to different departments.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with:
- Rent payments and account inquiries
- Repair and maintenance related questions
- Issues regarding antisocial behaviour
- Allocations and void management
- Housing applications and related queries
- Handling customer complaints, as well as inquiries from MPs and Councillors
Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering outstanding service. While your background can vary, it is essential that you demonstrate experience in a contact centre environment and have the ability to manage customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, emails, LiveChat, and social media.
Additionally, we seek candidates who are:
- Self-motivated and a collaborative team player
- Adaptable to changing situations
- Strong communicators with excellent problem-solving skills
