As a Customer Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our unique Vending Machine experience and actively engaging with the local community. Help us bring joy back to the car-buying journey!
Shift Availability: This role requires availability from 7 AM to 3 PM or 1 PM to 9 PM, including weekends, with rotating days off.

We provide a competitive starting hourly rate of $22 with ample opportunities for advancement based on your performance. Increase your earnings quickly:
- Pay Range: $22-$24 hourly
- Starting Pay: $22.00/hr
- At 3 Months: $22.50/hr
- At 6 Months: $23.00/hr
In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to $24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, featuring four merit opportunities each year. Eligible team members can receive a $0.50 pay increase every 90 days.
Additionally, Market Operations may offer extra performance-based incentives tailored to your location, potentially maximizing your earnings.
