Assist customers by answering questions and offering recommendations.
Process sales transactions efficiently at the cash register.
Ensure the security of cash and protect company assets.
Maintain store appearance by keeping shelves stocked and merchandise organized.
Receive and unload merchandise, restocking as needed in line with productivity standards.
Create a positive and safe shopping environment through professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leadership.
Keep the store clean and presentable, which includes maintaining restrooms, sweeping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are tidy.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service within retail, hospitality, or similar environments is highly desirable.
Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is essential.
Must be capable of lifting between 30 and 50 lbs., and meet physical demands such as frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills are necessary.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities are crucial.
