Support customers by answering queries and providing product recommendations.
Process sales transactions efficiently while operating the cash register.
Safeguard cash and company assets to maintain security.
Ensure the store remains fully stocked and organized.
Assist with receiving shipments and replenishing stock in line with productivity standards.
Promote a positive, safe, and respectful shopping environment while engaging professionally and amicably with customers and team members.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store by restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service within retail, hospitality, or similar environments is highly preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is essential.
Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. from the floor to above shoulder height and be capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills are required.
Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are needed.
