Role Overview
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in the seamless handling of manual sales orders for our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to accurately input orders into our ERP system (JD Edwards) while adhering to business rules and necessary timelines. You will collaborate closely with teams across Customer Service, Logistics, and S&OE to ensure timely deliveries and keep customers informed.
You will be the first point of contact for any order-related inquiries, addressing issues such as shortages, failed deliveries, or discrepancies, and managing re-bookings as required. With your strong focus on accuracy, effective communication, and customer satisfaction, you will help maintain our high service standards and contribute to the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accurate processing of manual sales orders through JD Edwards within daily cut-off times and ensuring timely release to warehouses and transport.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and maintain delivery schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
