As a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our Customer Service department. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Customer Service Leadership team and staff with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to streamline workflows.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records by electronically filing documents related to customer and patient accounts.
- Managing incoming department cases, faxes, voicemails, and emails to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements for all customer inquiries.
- Accessing, updating, and managing customer account information in Laboratory Information Systems, CRM, and other software platforms while ensuring all case management is completed effectively.
- Processing UPS and FedEx pick-up requests, customer supply orders, report redactions, and fax verifications with precision.
- Facilitating our monthly Order Entry Verification process in line with established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policies and standards.
- Participating in special projects and additional duties as assigned by Customer Service Leadership.
- Exhibiting reliable attendance and punctuality.
