Shift Requirements: This role requires flexibility with hours, as shifts may run from 7 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 7 PM, or 11 AM to 9 PM. Availability to work seven days a week is essential, with rotating days off between weekdays and weekends.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $20/hour with opportunities for significant growth based on performance. Here’s how your earnings can increase:
- Pay Range: $20-$22/hour
- Starting Pay: $20/hour
- At 3 Months: $20.50/hour
- At 6 Months: $21/hour
Within your first year, you could advance from $20/hour to $22/hour through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which offers four merit increases annually—potentially adding $0.50 to your pay every 90 days.
Additionally, Market Operations may present other performance-driven incentive programs tailored to your location, creating even more earning potential.
