As a Customer Service Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience and collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team Lead. Your passion for technology and customer satisfaction will help us enhance our service standards and improve our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through various channels including email, live chat, phone calls, and social media.
- Assist customers in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure prompt delivery and installation of products.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to management with constructive suggestions for resolution.
- Provide immediate attention to urgent cases and facilitate swift resolutions.
- Collect and share customer feedback to enhance product and service quality.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product specifications.
- Mentor new customer service officers to uphold PRISM+’s high standards of customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with client confidentiality policies.
