Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will uphold the highest standards of security and customer service for our clients and visitors. Acting as the public face of our security team, professionalism and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential in this influential position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants in the shopping centre.
- Conduct regular patrols according to site instructions, remaining proactive at all times.
- Identify opportunities to assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all shoppers and tenants.
- Manage incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the site control room to react to incidents and support colleagues.
- Report any unsecured areas to the control room immediately.
- Document all non-conformances and emergencies accurately.
- Handle emergencies efficiently, keeping the Centre team informed.
- Monitor and report on suspicious behavior in line with company policies.
- Prevent unauthorized access by banned individuals.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required by the business.
- Respond promptly to all security concerns.
- Complete all required training as directed by your line manager.
