Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus and necessary for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients. Proficient in computer usage with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications; strong communication skills are essential. A customer-oriented, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude towards engaging with people is essential. A collaborative team player, self-motivated to learn, with effective communication and patience skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Regularly monitor and assess the performance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Address product or service issues by thoroughly understanding customer complaints, identifying root causes, and offering effective solutions.
Foster and maintain robust customer relationships to secure ongoing business opportunities.
Prepare and present quotations to customers, following up to confirm acceptance.
Compile and deliver monthly performance reports regarding solar system effectiveness to clients.
Collaborate closely with clients and technical teams to address and resolve project-related challenges.
Gather and relay valuable customer feedback to refine the company’s customer-centric strategy across all departments by implementing actionable plans.
Work in partnership with various departments to support their initiatives and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes.
Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with both new and existing clients.
Organize and maintain all departmental documentation and customer records, ensuring they are accurate and easily accessible.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving business needs and priorities.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales progress, forecasts, and renewal statuses to management.
