Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. If you have a passion for fitness and a knack for delivering exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you! You will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our members and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to current members, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience during each visit.
- Conduct facility tours for potential members, highlighting the benefits and features of our gym.
- Promote and sell gym memberships by effectively communicating our values and programs to new prospects.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Guide new members through our Smart Start Training program to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain a clean and inviting gym environment through daily cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for assisting others.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
