- Prepare delicious products that meet our quality standards.
- Handle and process telephone orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete associated paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
Training:
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success.
Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and deliver clear written instructions. Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to make accurate monetary change and handle cash transactions.
- Motor coordination to perform tasks rapidly and accurately, including entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Work Environment:
Be prepared for various weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks, such as trash removal. Inside the store, temperatures may vary from cool in the walk-in cooler to warm in cooking areas. You may encounter food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools.
Physical Demands:
- Standing and walking for extended periods are required.
- Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional carrying of larger items from workstation to storage areas.
