About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative for our Flex Pay buy now, pay later travel product, you will provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone calls, emails, chats, and text messages. We seek candidates who are committed to going above and beyond for our customers and embody our values and standards. In this role, you will be the face of Flex Pay, working with Upgrade's esteemed Customer Service team to create memorable experiences and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
