Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Warmly greet customers in person and over the phone.
- Accurately take customer orders and provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
Food Preparation:
- Prepare pizzas and menu items to meet company standards.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure timely and consistent food preparation.
- Maintain quality control and portion sizes.
Operational Support:
- Efficiently operate cash registers and manage cash transactions.
- Assist with inventory stocking and organization.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Participate in opening and closing tasks as assigned.
Team Collaboration:
- Work harmoniously with team members for seamless operations.
- Support delivery drivers and management as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
