Your Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers within the Polish market as part of the German team in Umkirch. You will oversee customer interactions, manage the order-to-cash process, and provide essential internal support to our service, logistics, and sales teams.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, adeptly manages various tasks, and communicates effectively across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Polish customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and managing service-related issues.
Oversee all administrative functions in the “order-to-cash” workflow, including order processing, invoicing, service contracts, and collections.
Clearly communicate updates regarding backorders, product changes, pricing adjustments, and delivery schedules.
Provide organizational and administrative support to local colleagues in areas such as vehicle management, IT asset coordination, marketing materials, and supplier relations.
Process service calls, plan interventions, order spare parts, and track inventory levels.
Maintain and update internal procedures and documentation.
Collaborate closely with the Central Office and internal European teams.
Assist in organizing customer meetings, internal workshops, and events.
Actively engage in projects and serve as a liaison for relevant functions.
