About the job
About Ping Identity:
At Ping Identity, we are committed to delivering both security and seamless digital experiences for users globally. We refer to this philosophy as digital freedom, which not only shapes our offerings to customers but also drives our organizational culture. Our team is dedicated to fostering a culture where digital freedom thrives.
Our advanced cloud identity platform empowers users to engage in shopping, working, banking, and communication without barriers or concerns.
While safeguarding digital identities is integral to our technology, valuing individual identities is essential to our culture. We champion every identity. Our core value, Respect Individuality, encourages us to celebrate diversity, allowing everyone to bring their authentic selves to the workplace.
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, we have a global presence, serving some of the largest and most demanding enterprises, including over half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we are revolutionizing how organizations perceive cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.
As a Customer Success Architect (CSA), you will serve as an architecture-focused technical expert, assisting customers in realizing the full potential of the Ping Identity portfolio. You will lead complex, high-impact engagements as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep expertise across multiple products and mentoring other CSAs. Your role will involve engaging customers through targeted, outcome-driven playbooks—such as Value Unlocks, Well-Architected Best Practices, Accelerate Innovation Delivery, and Work Items—to build secure, scalable, and future-proof identity architectures.
In collaboration with the pod (CSM, AE, Support) during each engagement, you will operate through Call-to-Action workflows rather than solely as a hands-on engineer. You will translate intricate technical requirements into actionable guidance, quantify realized value, and ensure that each engagement is documented and measurable in Gainsight. Your contributions will directly influence churn mitigation, product adoption, and growth within our strategic customer base.
