Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Escalation Lead - Onboarding to play a crucial role in guiding new and expanding customers through the essential early phases of their experience with Magnet products. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, manage initial deployments, and ensure early-stage adoption, enabling customers to realize immediate value and build confidence in our solutions.
The Customer Success Escalation Lead - Onboarding will focus on establishing a solid technical foundation for success rather than managing escalations. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), the Support team, and various internal departments to proactively identify adoption risks and facilitate a seamless transition from deployment to regular usage.
Your mission will be to expedite customer time-to-value, mitigate early adoption risks, and lay the groundwork for sustained customer success.
