The Customer Success team at NielsenIQ is dedicated to placing our clients at the forefront of our operations. As a member of the Analytics & Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality retail measurement insights and business analyses that empower Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) clients across Asia to make informed decisions.
This internship provides hands-on experience in creating client presentations, analyzing retail measurement data, and understanding how insights translate into significant business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with seasoned consultants and acquire valuable skills in analytics, storytelling, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Presentation Development
- Assist the Customer Success & Consulting team by designing, structuring, and enhancing presentations for clients based in Indonesia.
- Transform data findings into engaging charts, visuals, and concise key takeaways.
2. Insights & Analytics Assistance
- Help in preparing performance overview decks, category snapshots, and conducting data analysis for clients.
- Summarize critical business challenges and consumer trends utilizing NielsenIQ data sources.
3. Learning Tools & Solutions
- Gain working knowledge of NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Services (RMS) and related tools.
- Learn to interpret data tables, extract insights, and perform basic analyses.
4. Collaboration & Project Assistance
- Work closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Success Executive to support client-focused workstreams.
- Assist in preparing for client meetings, internal reviews, and market updates.
5. Commitment to Operational Excellence
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Take ownership of smaller tasks and resolve minor issues independently before seeking assistance.
- Contribute to enhancing internal templates, workflows, and documentation.
