Location: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team in our dynamic Chicago, IL office. Interns will work in-person Monday through Thursday and have the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Internship:
As a Customer Success Intern at Okta, you will play a vital role in enhancing the value our customers derive from our innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team to align our capabilities with our clients' goals, driving substantial business value and fostering executive alignment.
The Customer Success Intern will engage in various phases of the customer journey, including onboarding, training, deployment, user readiness, product adoption, renewal, and advocacy. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how Customer Success professionals strategically partner with clients to ensure they achieve maximum business outcomes with Okta.
You will gain valuable experience in the following areas:
Business:
- Understanding the customer’s journey from initial engagement to full deployment.
- Gaining insights into Customer Success metrics such as recurring revenue, license activation & adoption, subscription management, ROI, and success planning.
Technical:
- Familiarity with Identity Access Management, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access.
- Understanding key cybersecurity concepts, including Zero Trust and Least Privilege.
- Opportunity to obtain the Okta Professional Certification, showcasing your proficiency in our core technology.
