The Position
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Remote and make a meaningful impact in the global employment sector as a Manager, Customer Success (APAC) within our Customer Experience team.
Overview
As a Manager, Customer Success (APAC), you will lead and expand a regional team that encompasses all Customer Success segments in APAC - Growth, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
You will be responsible for daily operations, regional retention outcomes, and team well-being, while closely collaborating with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Product, Support, Implementations, Solutions, etc.) to eliminate obstacles and enhance the APAC customer experience.
Scope - APAC Regional Team
- Oversee a regional team model that includes Growth, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Customer Success Managers in APAC.
- Ensure consistent execution of Customer Success strategies while adapting to regional nuances (time zones, local expectations, market dynamics).
- Collaborate with global Customer Success leadership to synchronize APAC operating rhythms, reporting, and escalation processes.
