You will be a strategic partner, helping clients achieve measurable business impact through their social media presence.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to global brands, aligning BrandBastion’s AI solutions with their goals for social engagement and brand protection.
- Drive renewals and expansions by showcasing the benefits of AI-driven automation on customer engagement, brand safety, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI specialists to customize models in line with client-specific needs, industry trends, and shifting communication styles.
- Analyze performance data to provide strategic recommendations aimed at optimizing moderation, engagement, and real-time execution.
- Focus on retention by implementing strategies designed to prevent churn and foster long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, conveying feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams to refine the product roadmap and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture customer advocates who can provide testimonials, case studies, or references.
