A quick snapshot…
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager involve managing a portfolio of global, complex customers who have invested in Conga to enhance their revenue operations. You will conduct thorough adoption analyses and collaborate with customers in joint planning to boost adoption rates. You will lead value realization activities such as aligning customer stakeholders and conducting roadmap reviews to ensure the Conga solution is continuously refined and enhanced within the customer’s environment. Additionally, you’ll advocate for customers by ensuring that technical issues are resolved swiftly and effectively by your internal Conga partners. You will be a facilitator, coach, consultant and will continuously ask questions to deeply understand your customers.
