About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at CyberSheath, you will take ownership of outcomes, not merely tasks, serving as the primary point of accountability for your customers’ success. This role is not just customer-facing; it's about thinking like a general manager for your accounts and driving results through effective internal execution.
CSMs at CyberSheath are the sole point of accountability for customers, ensuring they do not need to navigate our organizational structure. You will oversee onboarding, manage compliance and technical project execution, coordinate internal teams, escalate risks with viable solutions, and foster long-term customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the nexus between compliance, cybersecurity, and IT, and a relentless focus on execution, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. Success in this role requires structured thinking, disciplined work habits, and genuine customer ownership.
