Your Mission:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will build and nurture lasting relationships with our customers and tackle complex challenges head-on. Your focus on value creation will be instrumental in designing a world-class customer success experience. With a solid technical background, you will collaborate with team members to resolve intricate technical issues. You are resilient, facing challenges with determination and a positive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and take accountability for FOSSA's most valued clients.
- Guide customers through their journey with FOSSA, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and advocacy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within your portfolio.
- Identify risks of churn and opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with Customer Success technical resources to facilitate complex integrations and achieve desired outcomes for customers.
- Proactively cultivate new champions within customer organizations, aiming to be regarded as trusted advisors on open-source matters.
- Adopt a customer-first approach, collaborating closely with various departments within FOSSA (Success Architects, Sales, Engineering, Product, Finance, etc.).
