About the Role
As our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the complete customer lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal—ensuring that our clients achieve significant adoption rates, retention, and return on investment (ROI). You will serve as a trusted advisor to both executives and technical stakeholders, fostering relationships that promote long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, adapting to the evolving needs of customers.
- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from onboarding to renewal.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and engage with executives at a high level.
- Utilize data-driven insights to link product usage with business outcomes.
- Advocate for the customer’s voice, ensuring their feedback informs our product development and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success leadership to enhance and scale the Customer Success organization, contributing to the playbooks, processes, and metrics that shape how Harmonic delivers value at scale.
