Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of the post-sale success and satisfaction of a dedicated portfolio of primary care provider accounts, acting as their strategic partner from implementation through to renewal. Your efforts will ensure that customers are well-versed in value-based care programs, proficient with our technology, and set up for long-term success.
Manage the entire customer journey for key provider accounts, facilitating seamless onboarding, promoting product adoption, and serving as their primary point of contact.
Lead strategic customer engagements, including quarterly business reviews and workshops, to clarify objectives and showcase Pearl’s value.
Ensure the successful integration of our technology tools into customer workflows by providing effective education and support for practice transformation.
Analyze performance data to identify cost drivers and collaborate with provider partners to develop optimal strategies for referrals and care management.
Work closely with internal teams, such as Practice Transformation, Data Science, and ACO Operations, to deliver insights that enhance provider performance and success.
Collaborate with our Customer Success Operations and Growth teams to secure contract renewals and drive account expansion.
Create compelling, data-driven narratives alongside the Customer Marketing team to effectively communicate business updates and successes.
