Staffbase is seeking a strategically minded Customer Success Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise and corporate clients across the APAC region. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer retention and renewals while collaborating closely with Sales to drive account growth and long-term value creation.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and platform users, gaining a deep understanding of the Staffbase platform and aligning our capabilities with customer business objectives to maximize ROI and net revenue retention.
