About the Role
The Customer Success Manager (CSM), Commercial serves as a strategic ally for a portfolio of 75–80 commercial clients. You will oversee customer relationships from initiation to conclusion, translating platform insights into quantifiable business results, proactively addressing risks, and fostering retention, growth, and long-term value realization.
In this role, you will:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of 75–80 accounts, focusing on driving retention, renewals, and value realization.
Develop and implement Success Plans that align with customer business objectives.
Present data-driven Executive Strategy Reviews that connect platform usage to business outcomes.
Identify potential risks early, create mitigation strategies, and conduct recovery discussions to prevent churn.
