Join Stream as a Customer Success Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience within the EMEA region, based in our vibrant Amsterdam office.
Hybrid Work Policy: Candidates currently residing in the Netherlands or planning to relocate are expected to work from our Amsterdam office three days per week, with possible exemptions for specific circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the post-sales customer journey for our Enterprise clients within your portfolio.
Facilitate and coordinate onboarding sessions alongside product and engineering teams.
Oversee product releases and customer go-lives, ensuring seamless implementation.
Leverage product expertise to drive feature adoption and proactively address accounts with lower engagement to mitigate churn risks.
Conduct Strategic Business Reviews with key customers to foster strong relationships.
Continuously assess the health of your customer accounts using our Customer Success Management Platform (CSMP).
Maintain data integrity and documentation for your accounts in our systems.
Manage renewal processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the accounts team on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in customer-facing roles and finds fulfillment in resolving business challenges with innovative solutions.
Minimum of 3 years in an account management or Customer Success Manager role.
Proactive in challenging existing workflows and establishing new best practices.
Quickly understands technical products and concepts.
Ability to assess the value of a product in addressing customer issues.
Collaborate effectively across departments including product, support, engineering, sales, and finance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
Technical proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, Python, etc.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Customer Success Management Platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Vitally, Gainsight).
