The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to lead and motivate a team of product experts dedicated to maximizing the value our clients derive from AlphaSense.
In this pivotal role within our Customer Success organization, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure our Customer Success Managers are engaged in delivering outstanding client experiences, from impactful demonstrations to adoption initiatives that foster long-term success.
You will be responsible for strategic planning, performance coaching, and ensuring adequate resources are allocated to support our key accounts in the financial services sector.
