Role:
As a bilingual Customer Success Manager (CSM) fluent in French, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients maximize the value derived from our platform, DexoryView. You will serve as a strategic advisor and relationship manager for a portfolio of key clients, facilitating their onboarding process, ensuring full adoption of the platform, and helping them achieve measurable business outcomes. Your commercial acumen, customer-centric approach, and ability to foster long-term relationships will be pivotal in delivering ROI and enhancing account value over time.
This position entails regular travel to client sites across the UK and Europe. You will engage with stakeholders across warehouse, operations, and leadership teams to interpret insights generated by DexoryView, assisting teams in unlocking the full potential of their data. You will provide training, implementation guidance, and business context to ensure successful outcomes throughout entire organizations.
