Role Overview:
As the Customer Success Manager for Mid-Market, you will be pivotal in ensuring that a diverse portfolio of mid-level schools and districts maximizes their use of MagicSchool to enhance teacher well-being and elevate student learning outcomes. You will spearhead project management, nurture customer relationships, and facilitate the seamless integration of MagicSchool into daily educational practices. Through effective onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support, you will champion product adoption, foster deeper engagement, and drive contract renewals, empowering our partners to reach their educational goals. Your expertise will be essential in cultivating enduring relationships within the educational community.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Adoption: Achieve a minimum of 90% adoption of MagicSchool within the weekly operations of your assigned portfolio through strategic onboarding and professional development initiatives.
Renewal and Retention: Maintain a contract renewal rate of at least 90% for the upcoming academic year while ensuring a quarterly churn rate remains below 5%.
Revenue Growth: Drive a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) rate of no less than 110% annually by identifying opportunities for account expansion, aiming for a 15% increase in account revenue year-over-year.
Intervention and Support: Analyze school health data to identify and support underperforming accounts, creating targeted intervention strategies to re-engage them.
Relationship Management: Establish trust and influence among educators and administrators to secure support from key decision-makers on educational strategies and budgetary considerations.
