About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Pro Sports and Entertainment verticals. In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with professional sports and entertainment organizations, including prestigious clients like MLB, NFL Clubs, and Six Flags, guiding them towards success through strategic collaboration and partnership. You will work closely with our Sales team to define success metrics for our clients, while also refining and scaling our customer success processes and playbooks. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a business-oriented mindset, and a collaborative spirit, as you will partner across various teams, including Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Product, and Professional Services, to ensure customer needs are effectively communicated and translated into product strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advisor, managing the full customer relationship, advocating for their needs internally, and ensuring they continuously derive value from our platform.
