HubSpot is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Customer Success Manager for the UK/I region. This role is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving creatively and are passionate about nurturing long-term relationships with businesses. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted inbound advisor, deeply understanding how each customer operates and what they need to succeed. Your days will be diverse, ranging from collaborating with a Marketing Manager at a carpet manufacturing company to enhance their blog's SEO strategy, to strategizing with a CMO of a software firm on converting free trials into paying customers through effective marketing automation and sales techniques.
This position is available for remote work anywhere in Ireland or the UK, or at our offices in Dublin and London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 100 – 200 customer accounts, including both new and established clients.
- Engage with customers regularly to align their goals with the resources necessary for achievement.
- Collaborate with different HubSpot teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including onboarding, upselling, and renewals, while gaining an in-depth understanding of HubSpot’s software.
- Balance proactive strategies with reactive support, holding 4-5 scheduled meetings daily to review customer progress, provide strategic recommendations, and keep them updated on new features.
- Address a variety of inquiries, ranging from billing questions to software usage inquiries.
