This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Raleigh, NC headquarters, requiring 4 days per week in the office (Monday to Friday). This position may involve travel requirements of up to 20%.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager (Specialty Markets) at Relay, you will act as a customer strategist managing an expanding portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise Multi-Site accounts, highlighting the flexibility of the Relay platform. This pivotal position is designed to drive revenue and foster strategic partnerships across diverse Specialty Markets, including Education, Golf, Facility Management, Healthcare, and more. Your role will focus on value realization, account-based growth, and enhancing site-level success.
