About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with our fintech partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for our clients, driving product adoption, enhancing retention, and facilitating growth, all while adhering to industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning our solutions with their business goals and financial operations.
Proactively analyze customer health metrics (usage, transaction volumes, adoption) to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic sessions to demonstrate ROI and promote product adoption.
Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and compliance teams to address technical issues and communicate customer feedback.
Stay informed about fintech regulations (such as PCI DSS, KYC/AML, PSD2, open banking) to advise customers on compliance and risk management best practices.
Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and feature enhancements.
