Responsibilities:
- Manages client portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
- Collaborates closely with customers to identify their challenges, business objectives, and to articulate the value of Turnitin's products.
- Delivers expert-level support and insights on Turnitin products, enabling the growth of client accounts.
- Facilitates contract renewals with appropriate price adjustments and seeks upselling opportunities.
- Effectively communicates the value propositions of Turnitin’s offerings to clients.
- Collaborates with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to analyze client data, pinpoint growth opportunities, and develop strategies to address challenges.
- Relays proactive feedback from clients to internal teams, representing the client's voice.
- Ensures the development and maintenance of strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Implements strategic plans to expand the customer base within existing accounts.
- Collaborates with Sales and Technical Integration teams for seamless account transitions, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Works with Marketing on market communication and lead generation initiatives.
- Adheres to company standards, ensuring timely and diligent completion of all internal processes and systems.
- Facilitates effective communication between clients and product teams, documenting client requests appropriately.
- A strong team player who coaches and supports Sales team members, serving as a mentor.
- Monitors personal performance, providing updates and reports as required.
