Your Role:
We are in search of a proactive Customer Success Manager, deeply committed to taking ownership of the implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of our Public Safety customer base. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our customers and Skydio’s agile, world-class technical teams. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver cutting-edge autonomous solutions that add significant value to our customers.
Location: This role is best suited for candidates located in the Northeast region of the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish scalable processes for customer onboarding and post-sales success.
- Oversee and manage implementation projects with large enterprise clients to ensure the successful delivery of technology and services.
- Develop robust customer relationships through proactive support and regular follow-ups.
- Quantify product feedback and brief executives to enhance software and hardware that align with customer needs.
- Foster customer loyalty through dedicated support and account management.
- Advocate for enterprise clients by thoroughly understanding their use cases and requirements.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins to guarantee existing customers derive value from Skydio technology.
- Facilitate expansions and renewals through proactive support initiatives.
